Safe Spaces: A Support Circle for Women of Color
$40.00

$40 per session
$160 total (4-week experience)

There are things we carry that we don’t always have a place to put.

The stress.
The uncertainty.
The quiet weight of life.

Safe Spaces was created to give you exactly that—a place where you can show up honestly, be heard without judgment, and not have to hold everything together for everyone else.

This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself to be understood.

This is a small, intentional support circle for women of color navigating life, emotional overwhelm, and change—who need a space to breathe, process, and feel less alone.

This is not therapy.
This is a guided support space centered on connection, reflection, and emotional safety.

What to Expect

Each session is gently guided, while still allowing space for real, honest conversation.

This space is facilitated by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting women through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and mental health challenges.

Her approach is warm, non-judgmental, and rooted in creating spaces where women feel safe to be fully seen, heard, and supported.

This group is intentionally designed as a non-clinical support space, allowing women to be seen, heard, and supported without the pressure of diagnosis or treatment.

  • ⚠️ Before You Join

To protect the safety and integrity of this space, all participants will complete a brief consultation prior to joining.

This helps ensure the group remains aligned, supportive, and a safe fit for everyone involved.

If this group isn’t the best fit, you will be supported in finding other resources.

You don’t have to carry everything alone.

This is your space to exhale.

If you’re ready for a space where you can simply be—this is for you.
